Crisis

"Hmm... Whom exactly should I speak to about teaching classes of my own?" Renault asked. Raven shrugged, awaiting an answer to his own question.

((KAEN!!!! I need you right now.))

"Please Kaen, give me back the document, This is the only one in existence. "

"I don't know why you're asking me, it's up to Narakun if she wants to give the document back." he began."I have no control over her. Unless, y'know, she wants to pledge her allegiance to me." he finished with a kidding tone, but he figured Narakun would get to him later for saying that.

"I need them! Pyrex has Aura Overload. That document is the only way to revive him. Would you please give them to me?"

"Pretty dumb of you to keep only one," Narakun said to Durandal.

Narakun glared at Kaen. Oh yes I'm gonna get you for that. No need to wait either.

She rolled her eyes and placed her right hand over her heart. "I pledge allegiance to the Kaen of the United Island of Idiots," she said sarcastically, proceeding to slap the back of his head as she walked past him to give the paper to Durandal.

"Only because I'm fired if Pyrex dies," she muttered darkly.

((I'm Davis, not Durandal. But Thank you.))

"Please don't ever do that again. We keep only one for security purposes thank you very much. You have done your part for the guild," said Davis. He bolted for the door, reading parts of document as he ran.

"So," Raven said, his voice retaining the cold tone he used with strangers, "are we ever going to have classes here?"

Kaen sighed. "It depends on if the island calms down. If it does, classes will start up." he answered Raven. Satoru looked at Kaen.

"So, Boss. Do you wanna hear the report now?"

"Yeah, report away"

"Mifune and Shiori are coming. Right now Rin-sempai, Yumi, Akira, and Hana are trying to stop them, split in pairs. It turns out they're not working together, so we gotta treat this like to separate attacks. Rin-sempai sent Arashi and me to warn you, Ryouga, and Shinichi." he said. Kaen and Shin both got wide-eyed. Kaen spoke

"How long do we have?"

"Not sure. I haven't been able to contact Rin-sempai-tachi." He said. "But, it's possible that, since Mifune and Shiori aren't working together, they may take each other out." he said, and bit his lip. Kaen sighed.

"All right, if all else fails, tell Rin-tachi too fall back to the island, and the nine of us will take those two out." Kaen looked at Aima, Narakun, Renault, and Raven. "There might actually be more then nine of us." he finished up. Satoru nodded, and Shin crossed his arms.

"And so things get fun again." he smirked.

Raven shook his head. "Will we ever have peace?" he muttered.

Renault didn't seem so disturbed.

Narakun's head tilted slightly at Satoru's speech, and in a somewhat agitated tone she said, "I'm apparantly missing a slight detail here."

Narakun shrugged. "Sure, peace would be nice, but I guess you kinda get used to being deprived of it after a while," she said in response to Raven's question.

"Do you want the whole backstory, or just a quick summary?" Kaen asked Narakun.

"I don't really care either way unless the entire story will take forever and a day to explain," Narakun said with a shrug, although her tired red eyes betrayed slight impatience.

"Heh." Kaen took in a deep breath, and began.

"All right, so I'll begin back before we escaped. So, as most of you know, Shin, Ryo, Satoru, Arashi, and I have gained powers from Arceus' plates. There's 17 of them, plus three man-made ones, creating 20 different apostles. The ones that need to be concerned right now are Mifune, who is the Fighting-type apostle, and Shiori, who is the Dragon-type apostle. The four fighting them right now are Rin, the Flying-type apostle, Akira, the Ice-type apostle, Yumi, the Water-type apostle, and Hana, the Grass-type apostle. Now you know the five of us are Shin, the Ghost-type apostle, Satoru, the Fire-type apostle, Arashi, the Electric-type apostle, Ryo, the Steel-type apostle, and I'm the Ground-type Apostle. We were kidnapped by a combination of Team Rocket and Galactic when we were little kids, and they infused our spirits with Arceus' plates. We were supposed to be a secret, and no one besides Giovanni and Cyrus knew about us. To keep our identities secret, they had us wear masks when we went out on missions, whether or not it was to destroy villages or just a simple stake out, we had to wear them, which I am now fortunate about."

"So when the ten of us; me, Ryo, Shin, Satoru, Arashi, Mifune, Hana, Yumi, Akira, and Rin escaped from the center that we were kept on when we weren't sent on missions, Shiori and two other of the still brainwashed apostles chased after us. I, as the acting leader, fought against Shiori as Ryo and Mifune took out the other two. Shiori swore her vengeance, and returned to the center. A couple of weeks later, Mifune's mental health snapped, and he attacked us. Ryo and I tag-teamed against him, and told him to calm down. However, we're not sure what exactly happened, but he seemed to have changed into a different person. He called us out and said that he was better than us, Arceus' one and only true apostle. He attacked the two of us and fled. Our former comrade...the third member to me and Ryo's original group...attacked us, and left, acting like we were trash. I tried to go after him, but Ryo stopped me. The two of us were frustrated with ourselves, and we were heartbroken. We returned to where we were staying saying we failed. This was five to six years ago."

Kaen paused his story, Satoru and Shin had a nostalgic look in their eyes. Kaen made eye contact with everyone in the room.

"After we got older, most of us went different ways. We trained our Pokemon teams, and our real selves, knowing that Mifune or anyone that was still in the center, Hell, even Giovanni or Cyrus could come after us. We didn't know. So we split up, only gathering once and a while to catch up on what's going on and seeing if everyone's all right. Seeing a teacher application for PNC, I left for here, making an announcement. Rin told me to expect something special once I make it in, and it turned out to be Kiba." He motioned down to his feet behind his idesk, where the little Poocheyana had been resting the whole time, only now stirring awake. Kiba jumped into Kaen's lap, and yawned.

"That's pretty much it. Any questions?" he asked.

((God knows that was probably my longest post ever here. >.>

Narakun had only seemed half-interested at first, but her eyes flashed a flaming red spark of interest when she heard "Team Rocket."

Although she probably would've helped Kaen anyway out of simple obligation, she felt extra motivated now. This could be a small way of getting some revenge. She knew it would be selfish if she helped for her own reasons, but considering the circumstances, she wasn't sure if she really cared.

Giovanni.......one day she would kill him, even if it meant her own death.

((Hehe, I dunno if you remembered that TR was part of Narakun's history, too. You can change it if you forgot and you want to, but it's kinda interesting this way. O:))

((I said they created man made plates as well. And I know your backstory was part of Rocket, but...this is more like a Giovanni & Cyrus project more then anything. I can't use Team Aqua or Magma, since they're more deviated towards one type of Pokemon. heh.))

"Judging by your look Narakun, I'm guessing you're in?" he asked and smiled slightly, this could work after all.

"Is this another adventure? Before we even finish repairs?" Raven's voice was flat and cold; not that that was unusual. "Fine, I'm in. I'll fetch Roan."

Renault nodded, "And I as well. I'll summon Blancandrin and Stella."

Narakun's eyes glinted dangerously. "Definitely."

I'm okay with four or five for temporary arcs, but I seriously get annoyed and confused when people have several characters that they use a lot. xP))

((Lol, look at me, I might be using 11 this arc. But it's just temporary. Kaen, Ryo, and Shin are the only permanent ones, though I may make another one permanent. So, at most 4. XD. Multiple characters don't bug me as long as they're personalities are all different. Using 100 different characters with the EXACT same personality, would drive me up a wall. o.o ))

"So, what now?" Kaen asked. "We have time to kill. Hell, The two of them may not make it past the Rin-tachi.". Kiba leaped up onto the desk, and trotted around in a circle. He stared at Kaen, who looked confused.

"This is when I wish you weren't so little, I can't understand your thought-pattern yet." he sighed. Shin chuckled slightly, and Satoru stood tensely, still not used to this island's situation.

"So- what do we do next?" Renault asked. Raven had left the room to fetch Roan.

D8 I might have a heart-attack just reading these RPs!! xD))((I originally wanted Tenshii to be more evil than Narakun (at least in their current state, Narakun softened up a lot lately xD) but now she's just a childish blonde who happens to have a natural talent for killing anyone with anything. xD;;)

Narakun's fist tightened. She looked down, and her eyes were half-closed in thought.

Kaen...--she reached out through thought-speech--Where and when did you last see Giovanni? And what kind of condition was he in?

Renault faded into the shadows for a moment, then returned with Blancandrin. "Stella has left the island. Apparently, the two morphs Jaffar had with him when he died survived the cave-in, and just departed the island. Stella left to track them. However, Blancandrin is quite willing to help us."

Um, it was about a week before we escaped. Apparantly him and Cyrus were telling the scientists the next step in our...experimentation. After that, I hadn't seen him. He seemed to be doing fairly well, but he might have been faking. he responded to Narakun's message.

"Oh, the guy who faked his entrance exam." Kaen sighed. "Yeah, I remember you." he looked at Blancandrin, and pulled out his phone. He sent a message to Ryo, and put it back to his pocket. A couple minutes later, he heard Kotetsu ((the Skarmory Kaen caught a while ago, if you didn't see my other post)) landed, and Ryo and Arashi walked in.

"Glad you could make it." he smiled weakly.

Narakun seemed to be put into deep thought at Kaen's reply. Giovanni could be anywhere by now.

Raven returned with Roan in tow. "So- what are we here for?" Roan asked.
