Anyway, yes once you defeat Giratina in the DW, it will reappear in TC. Also, if you kill it even there, it'll come back again! (Coolest part about Platinum. ) So don't worry if you kill it in the DW. Oh, unless you want it so it says in the profile "Caught in Distortion World", thats another story. However, if you have any Dusk Balls, those work really well. If you don't have those, use Timer Balls. If you don't have those, your either wanting to complete something that'll never happen, or just use like Ultra Balls, or that Master Ball.

@Nagara: Thanks, but its pretty near impossible for the results to change just because the trainer did. My highest level Pokemon is five levels below Giratina.

@Owat: I only have 5 Dusk Balls, no Timer Balls, and 20 Ultra Balls, which haven't been working very well.
