exam(no pokemon with me)

ok first of all,i have no pokemon.second,who do i battle to be put in a dorm?last,HOW THE HELL TO I GET A POKEMON.

I'll finish for him I guess. You can only have 1 stage 3 pokemon on your beginning team. (EX: Kingdra, or Gardevoir) Then, you can have two others that aren't fully raised. Like my Prinplup, and Staryu.
