| This, long, winding garden path splits and stretches around the island in a some-what graceful pattern, crossing the river, and trailing through the forests.

| This is a good place to roam, but make sure you have protection: The place is home to many wild Pokémon. Especially a certain Fearow called "Takatoshi". Try not to get anyone mad, or he might chase you out of the fields with more than a few injuries. He will warn you if your getting him mad though, because he can actually be rather gentle.

| This large forest covers most of the island. It gets it's name from the fact that the deeper you go, the more morning dew you'll find dotting the leaves (Harusame means "Spring Rain" in Japanese). Many forest Pokémon like it here, such as Bug or Grass Pokémon. There's a small ancient shrine deep within the forest, showing respect to a mythical Pokémon that was said to live there long ago.

| Once a section of Harusame Forest, Hoki forest was cut off from the rest of the forest by a forest fire a long time ago. There's always smoke in this forest, especially if you go in deep. This is because a large, old tree in the center of the forest is still burning from the fire. There is still growth in this forest, but the trees aren't nearly as massive at the trees in Harusame Forest. Fire Pokémon live here happily.

| Currently belonging to Dao, you can come to pay your respects, or maybe just to say hello. It has has an odd, calming aura about it. Just make sure you ask before you enter.

| Named for it's amazing beauty at the full moon, this large lake is home to many Water Pokémon. Harusame Forest is positioned right on the banks of the lake, surrounding it so that a mist is kept in, floating above the lake.

| On the southern shore of Neo Challenge Island, this is a good place to surf, make sand castles, or get a tan. Wild Pokémon often come on the shore to possibly sag a snack, or for many other reasons. Please don't litter!

| The newly discovered part of the island, with depths unknown. For the free-willed adventurers on the island, this is a place you don't want to miss!

| This rocky, rugged and arid terrain covers much of the south-eastern section of the island. It is named Yumigata for the large stone arch that stands at the top of a massive rock in the middle of this small, yet formidable wasteland. It is a good place for hiking or backpacking, and it also a place where Ground Pokémon thrive.

| At the very northern edge of the island, this mountain sits in cold isolation in the winter, being host to some frightful blizzards, but excellent skiing. In the Summer however, it is a great place for hikes. Ice Pokémon roam here year-round. There is a small lodge over-looking a lake where students can relax during school break. The peak is always hidden in the clouds, and it is said that only one man has ever made it to the top...
