Chain of Events

The cloaked figure approached the shrine. He had taken enough energy from the teacher to complete his unlocking. And he knew the perfect place to do it.

Only one thing disturbed him:

How the heck did that teacher have so much energy?

But it wouldn't matter soon...

"Heh. Found you." Shin smirked as he came out of the shadows, and had to energy balls floating in his hands.

"You want the powers of Arceus' disciples? Well...let me tell you this: I'm an embodiment of Arceus itself." he taunted, and flung both spheres towards the man.

"Am I not alone? How fun." The spheres struck, but did nothing. Instead, he simply absorbed the power.

"Consider yourself fortunate- you get to be witness to the begginning of the end of an age. A rare opportunity." Suddenly, Jaffar's body began to glow and shift, growing and becoming more dragonlike...

Raven and Roan had run ahead of the others, and arrived at the shrine just at this began to happen.

"No..." Raven muttered.

"It... It can't be!" Roan shouted, his fear worsened by the knowledge that this was a power of Jaffar's that he couldn't disrupt.

((Aima's Arc was much more drawn out than this, boss fight so soon...))

"Heh...my energy will do you no good."Shin cackled.

"And now...Spite!" He laughed psychotically as he thrusted both hands in front of him, and pulled them both back slowly. He drained half of Jaffar's power, and smirked.

"So. Now you're energy's been decreased by half."

But the process was already in motion. Stopping it would be cataclysmic.

And thus Shin made his greatest error.

Jaffar's form began to dissapate, the entire area filled with fiery energy.

"His form is crumbling! Everybody out!" Roan shouted.

(((Do NOT think that you've killed Jaffar. The loss of his body is only a setback for him.)))

"He-heh." Shin cackled, and dissipated back into the shadows.

((I think Shin is Psychotically Insane.....o-o))

Roan and Raven retreated a safe distance as the shrine was reduced to ruins.

"What do we do, now?" Roan wondered aloud.

"Shin!" "Shinichi!" Kaen and Ryo shouted as they were running to the shrine ruins. They came up as Shin had dissipated, and went up to Roan and Raven.

"What did he do?" Kaen asked, catching his breath. Ryo looked around and saw the shrine and ruins, and asked

"And...what else happened?"

"Jaffar began the second unlocking- to unlock his forms. Shin did... Something to him and disrupted his power, causing this devastation. He almost killed us, but he also brought us time: Jaffar will need to rematerialize his body. Now we can prepare."

Wulf and Durandal arrived even as Roan spoke.

"He wasn't properly killed, was he?" Wulf asked.

"No." Raven said.

"Blast it! He'll return again!" Wulf roared.

"Is there really no hope for him?" Durandal muttered.

"Hehe, I merely used Spite on him." Shin said as he re-appeared. He sarcastically bowed to Kaen and Ryo. "Hello Nii-san, Ryo-chan" he smirked, and said. "If I had known that would happen to him, I would've fed him more of my energy..." he cackled, thinking about the desctruction that would've happened.

"Oh my..." Durandal muttered. This whole situation was getting increasingly disturbing.

Just then, two figures, obviously twins of about 17, emerged from the trees. They had extremely pale skin, blood red lips, pitch black hair, and golden eyes. The girl wore a long black dress and the boy black travel robes.

"Hello, we were like to apply to become students here- Oh! Is this a bad time?" The boy asked.

Raven glared at them, suspicion in his eyes. But Roan ran up to the girl.

"My, oh my, what a beauty graces us!" He exclaimed. Behind him, Wulf facepalmed in a manner that reminded Durandal of Narakun when Pyrex was around.

"Look, Roan, this really isn't the time..." Durandal said.

((We get to have totally non-related student chars?? D: I didn't know that!))

((I thought there were only 2 students on the island, me and Durandal.))

"Yare yare...someone's quite the romancer." Shin said sarcastically and laughed. "They don't seem like a threat. However, I'll gladly examine them...if you want, Nii-san."

"Not now Shin..Don't you think someone should take him away from those two?" Kaen asked rhetorically, looking to Durandal for a response. Before he got one, Ryo walked past him, and snarled,

"Allow me,"as he grabbed Roan by the back of his collar and pulled him away.

"The flirtatious type, eh? Looks like you'll be having some rough times ahead of you if I decide to stick around, bud." he rolled his eyes and threw Roan to the ground. Kaen stifled a laugh, and said.

"You really don't have to be that rough, Ryo. We're all on the same side. At least...I think we all are." he walked up to the twins and introduced himself.

"My name is Burakku Kaen. I'm the Ground Teacher and Darkrai Dorm's Headmaster. If you wanna apply to be students, you have to take an entrance exam." he paused and studied the two's apparel. He bit his lip, not wanting to make any assumptions, and asked.

"Oi...where are you two from?"

"We're from Sinoh. Celestic Town, to be specific. How do we arrange an entrance exam?" The male one asked. "By the way, I'm Blancandrin. My sister's Stella."
