A laminated slip of paper lays on every bed in the Raikou Amber Boy's Dorm:

Raikou Amber Dormitory Rules

1. ALWAYS respect other people’s personal space and privacy. Do not touch, use, or borrow anything that is not yours without the owner’s permission.

2. Lights go out at 10:30 pm. You do not have to be asleep by asleep by then, but lights WILL turn off automatically at 10:30, and you are expected to be quiet and in bed.

3. Pokemon are allowed out of their Pokeballs in the dorms, provided that they do not exceed 3 feet in height and 100 pounds in weight. We don’t have room in the dorms for a bunch of 20 ft, 500lb Pokemon.

4. Girls are NOT allowed in the boy’s dormitory WHATSOEVER.

5. Music, personal DVD players and television are permitted, provided that the volume is not too loud and the material is appropriate.

6. No fighting over the television remote (or anything else, for that matter).

7. No jumping on the beds. Sorry, but beds are for sleeping on, not jumping on.

8. No jumping off the beds, especially the top bunks. People can get seriously injured, and the staff typically needs to fix a hole in the floor.

9. The heater and air conditioner should be used to keep the dorms at reasonable temperatures. No pranking by suddenly turning the air to 30 degrees in the middle of the night.

10. Always confide in your dorm master, teacher, or headmaster if you know that someone is breaking the rules or you just want to talk to someone about something. That’s what the staff is here for.
